Ideal storage conditions in the wine cellar

All wine connoisseurs know that wine is very sensitive and has to be stored carefully so that it can mature well and develop and retain its full taste.
Despite this knowledge, many people store valuable wines under unfavourable conditions because they expect climate control costs to be high. Yet they don't have to be!

Preserving values

If the air is too damp, mould can develop on the cork – on the other hand, corks can dry out if the air is too dry, and are then no longer airtight. Our wine-cooling devices optimise the humidity conditions in your wine cellar by forming condensation to be drained if air humidity is too high or by preventing the air becoming too dry through optimum evaporation temperatures.

Optimising storage conditions

Wine-cooling devices guarantee a constant room temperature which you can set on the air-conditioning device. Our wine-cooling devices are equipped with a heating resistor on request; this ensures that the air in the room is automatically heated to the set reference value at low temperatures e.g. in winter.
